Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post‑acute rehab, long‑term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team.
• Support residents and guests with dignity, comfort, and respect.
• Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate with residents, guests, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents, guests, and team members.
