Qualifications

• Current MA RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience caring for older adults, preferably in memory/dementia care.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
• Administer medications per physician orders and state regulations.
• Assess residents and promptly communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and overnight clinical needs.
• Supervise and support team of caregivers.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with MA DPH regulations and facility policies.
• Promote a safe, resident-centered environment.
