Job summary

Clarendale of Mokena in Mokena, IL is recruiting a hospitality focused RN or LPN to join our team and provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising care staff.

This part-time position offers 3 shifts per week with day or night options, every other weekend, benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO and meal discounts, and a culture of exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required.
• RN or LPN licensure required.
• Current CPR card required.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independent living.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and contribute to care plans.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services about conditions and needs.
• Deliver nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.
