Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in South Jersey is seeking an LPN for private duty, home health, with nights available. You will travel to a single client home near you in Deptford, provide one-on-one nursing care, and follow doctor’s orders for a trach/vent dependent adult.

Shifts are Thursdays and every other Sunday nights, 9pm-5am. Compensation includes nights at $32/hr with weekend rate adjustments; BAYADA offers comprehensive benefits, onboarding, and ongoing training to support high-quality

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active New Jersey LPN license.
• Private duty home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to the client in the home.
• Follow physicians' orders and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Monitor client condition and communicate changes to the clinical team.
