Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our ND Larimore Center. The role offers 12-hour night shifts, full-time scheduling, and a sign-on bonus.

You will provide nursing care under RN or physician supervision, administer medications, and contribute to resident assessments and care plans. Eligible candidates hold an LPN license, have completed a pre-licensure program with clinical experience, and may require or hold IV therapy training per ND standards.

Qualifications

• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience.
• Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility may be required.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board or multi-state privileges.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision of RN, APRN, or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document outcomes.
• Assess residents and contribute to care planning; ensure health, comfort and safety.
