Job summary

NRI, Inc. is seeking a Medication Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Washington, DC. This role offers a night shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) with full-time or part-time options.

You will administer medications, ensure accurate dispensing, maintain daily records, and collaborate with medical staff to support patient care.

Must hold a Washington, DC LPN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience; immunizations up to date. Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Washington, D.C. LPN license (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of solid nursing experience.
• Strong background working with the underserved population.
• Up-to-date immunizations.
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by the Medical Director or Clinic Physician
• Ensure all medications are dispensed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain compliance with established clinical and safety standards
• Collaborate closely with medical staff to support patient care
• Accurately update and maintain medical records daily
