Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a licensed practical nurse for a night shift part-time position (11 PM–7 AM) at our facility in Fayette County, Uniontown. You will evaluate patients, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.

A current LPN license and BLS/CPR certification are required, with state licensure maintained. The role offers a supportive team environment with a focus on high-quality care and resident well-being, plus benefits like

Qualifications

Must graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by state law.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
