Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per the care plan and physician orders.
• Observe and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
• Support rehabilitation goals and build meaningful patient relationships during recovery.
