Job summary

Good Samaritan is hiring a Full Time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for night shifts at Battle Lake, MN. 40 hours per week with a $27.75+ hourly rate and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The role includes benefits enrollment and weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assessing residents, and documenting care under RN supervision. Candidates must hold an LPN license; an associate degree is preferred. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• North Dakota IV therapy/management requirements apply where applicable.
• Evidence of supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or at least 400 hours as an LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision of a RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document care, outcomes and resident interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents and families.
