A Healthcare Provider located in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care to long-term and post-acute care residents. The LPN will supervise CNAs, ensure proper documentation of care and medications, and liaise with physicians. This position requires direct involvement in resident care and timeliness in all responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have a nursing license in New York and experience in patient care. The salary range is $29.50 to $35.50 per hour.

Qualificações

• Current licensure in the State of New York.
• 1 year experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and document accordingly.
• Perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report conditions to supervisors.
• Direct CNAs in providing personal care.
• Complete MDS documentation timely.
