All Metro Health Care - FL is seeking a licensed LPN to join our team for night shifts in Pompano Beach or Coral Springs, FL. You will provide one-on-one care, support daily living activities, and manage G-tube feeding while delivering compassionate, quality care.

Responsibilities include promoting patient safety, assisting with medications, meal prep, and coordinating with families and medical professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license.
• Availability to work in Pompano or Coral Springs, FL.
• Night shift hours: 7pm–7am; weekdays and/or weekends.

Aufgaben

• Enhancing clients' quality of life by promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.
• Support clients in activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication administration.
• G-tube management and feeding.
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping; accompany to MD appointments as needed.
• Operate in diverse client home environments with respect for various personalities and behaviors.
