Qualifications

• Valid and unencumbered LPN license in the relevant state.

• Compassionate, team-oriented caregiver with strong communication.
• Willingness to work night shifts (11pm–7am) and part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Provide compassionate resident care and customer service to residents and families.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, safe care.
• Document and report resident changes accurately.
