Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide in-home patient care in Ware Shoals, SC. This role involves delivering skilled nursing services per physician orders and ensuring high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Education

Licensed LPN/LVN in state of practice

TB test or Chest X-Ray

BLS certification

Nursing experience preferred
