Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our home health team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple counties, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for skill development in a supportive environment.

As an LPN, you will work under physician direction to implement care plans, document nursing actions, and educate patients and families while maintaining compassionate, individualized care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in Washington/Compact (required).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Time management and effective communication.
• Experience in home health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
