Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Jacksonville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our inpatient team. You will provide nursing care under RN supervision, document assessments, and carry out physician orders in a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN/LVN license in Florida (or a compact license) and a current BLS certification. IV certification may be required by state regulations; one year of inpatient med-surgical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in Florida (or compact licensure).
• Current BLS certification (AHA approved within 90 days).
• IV certification may be required by state regulations.
• One year inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN supervision on the unit.
• Document data collection and carry out orders.
• Perform therapeutic procedures appropriate to age/population.
