Centurion is seeking a Full-time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Stateville Correctional Center NRC in Crest Hill, Illinois. The LPN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision and medical staff, addressing physical and behavioral health needs.

Requirements include IL LPN license or ability to obtain, CPR certification, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Clear/Active LPN license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff direction.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
