Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for The Ashford on Broad, a part-time night shift from 11pm to 7am. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a warm, home-like setting while coordinating with a collaborative care team.

The LPN will administer medications, follow personalized care plans, document meticulously, and provide outstanding service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unencumbered state nursing license.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus; teamwork is essential.
• 1+ year of LPN experience preferred; we can train for those new to the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a safe, at-home environment.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners.
