Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical nursing credential required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• LPN licensure in Tennessee required; Mississippi/Arkansas licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording data.
• Provides direct care in a safe manner.
• Evaluates the plan of care on a continuous basis.
• Communicates in writing and orally with patients/families and health team members.
• Participates in activities designed to improve health care delivery in the assigned area.
