Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care under RN supervision. Primarily located at Juliette Manor in Berlin, WI, with possible float to Peabody Manor and The Heritage for night shifts.

You will collaborate with an interprofessional team, uphold safety and quality, and provide compassionate care while performing routine clinical tasks per scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin LPN licensure.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs delegated nursing tasks using evidence-based practice.
• Collaborates with interprofessional team to meet patient needs.
• Provides age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care.
• Identifies opportunities to improve patient experience and safety.
