Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development and maintenance of an individualized plan of care.
• Observes, documents, and reports patient response to treatments and teaching, adjusting care as needed.
• Participates in unit/department enrichment activities and CQI initiatives.
• Provides a broad range of nursing treatments and patient care activities, including monitoring and procedures as specified in teaching plans.
• Assists patients and families during admission, orientation, and discharge.
• Provides support to patients and families and de-escalates difficult situations.
