Job summary

Clean Recovery Centers in Largo, FL is seeking an RN/LPN to provide nursing services to clients under supervision of the DON, M.D., ARNP and Clinical Director. The role links clients to physicians and outside medical resources, supports emergency care, and participates in medical and psychiatric management with the treatment team.

You will document admissions, assessments, orders, and care plans, maintain confidentiality, and attend regular meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a major course work in nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a setting with chemical dependency and/or dual diagnosed clients.
• Licensed as an RN/LPN in the appropriate state, CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions notes, nursing assessment, and pre-screen testing.
• Transcribes physician orders and implements all medical protocols as ordered.
• Confers with and assists the Medical Doctor and Psychiatrist; makes referrals.
• Provides routine nursing care and medication education to clients.
• Maintains confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies; participates in in-service trainings.
