American Senior Communities invites a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Cypress Grove Rehab Center in Newburgh, IN. Night shifts are available and there is an every-other-weekend rotation with no on-call required.

As an LPN, you’ll build meaningful relationships with residents, perform assessments, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to promote physical and psychosocial well-being. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
