Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission process including basic physical and behavioral assessments.
• Administer and monitor psychiatric medications; observe side effects.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Implement suicide prevention protocols and safety plans.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques in crises.
• Maintain detailed documentation of care and patient condition.
