The Laurels of Huber Heights is seeking a Night shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. You will provide skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to guests, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered service.

We value teamwork and dedication; 1–3 years in long-term care is preferred, with an Ohio LPN license and CPR certification. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time night shift roles.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Ohio.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care by CNAs and STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess guests and notify physician of status changes; implement orders.
• Select and institute nursing interventions to stabilize guests.
• Contribute to assessments and the plan of care.
