Job summary
The Palace Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Red Boiling Springs, TN is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated nursing team on a full-time night shift. You will provide bedside care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state.
- Minimum one year of LPN experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care including personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient health status.
- Administer oral medications and injections as prescribed.
- Relate information between patients, RNs, and physicians.
- Maintain accurate charting and medical records.
- Assist with wound care and catheter management.
