Job summary
The Palace Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Red Boiling Springs, TN is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a dedicated nursing team. You will provide skilled bedside care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents daily in a smaller, resident-centered environment.
We offer a new wage scale, quarterly raises, internal growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Night shift options and sign-on bonuses are available for full-time hires.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
- At least one year of LPN experience in long-term care preferred.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care including personal hygiene and vital signs.
- Record vital signs, health information, and document medical records.
- Administer oral medications and injections as prescribed.
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure quality care.
- Assist with wound care, catheter care, and charting accuracy.
- Monitor for changes in patient condition and escalate as needed.
