Job summary

Garden Valley in Garden City, KS is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate nursing care and support to residents. You will monitor conditions, document changes, and guide CNAs under the supervision of an RN.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and document residents' physical findings and communicate with attending physician.
• Deliver direct nursing care during emergencies or illnesses to preserve life and comfort residents.
• Educate residents and families about health maintenance and preventive care.
• Provide skilled nursing care to all assigned residents.
• Lead by example while supervising medication administration and documentation.
• Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the RN Supervisor.
