WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local contract in Monte Vista, Colorado. This night-shift assignment runs 10p-6a, with an estimated 6-8 weeks and ASAP start.

Pay is $44/hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and PTO. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with CNAs and facility leadership to monitor residents’ conditions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with local contract experience.
• Night shift experience is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete nursing documentation
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Work closely with CNAs, nurses, and facility leadership
