Job summary

IK Hofmann USA is hiring for a Night Shift Logistics Associate in the Greer, SC area, working at the BMW plant in the Logistics Department. Night shifts run roughly 7:15pm–7:30pm to 5:55am–6:10am with training initially 5 eight-hour days.

Starting pay is $24.83 per hour, plus medical/dental/vision, 401k match after 1 year, and PTO/holidays. Responsibilities include operating stand up and reach forklifts, moving parts, scanning and moving items to ensure timely production.

Qualifications

• 6+ months forklift experience.
• Experience using RFID inventory scanners.
• Stockroom, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory experience is a plus.
• Experience using SAP is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist in management and distribution of goods within BMW’s logistics system.
• Move parts and pallets from incoming trucks and organize them in storage locations.
• Use cherry picker or reach truck to move large items on warehouse shelves.
• Perform scanning, picking, sequencing, inspecting and transporting parts to keep production supplied.
