Qualifications

• Routine machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Scan/image documents received via US mail, overnight mail and local courier.
• Operate high-speed scanning machinery in a high-volume production environment.
• Ensure documents are scanned per department guidelines and retention policies.
• Identify different workflows and document retention.
• Perform Match and Compare, HealthLogic Match and Compare and Special HealthLogic Match and Compare as requested by client.
• Duties include: machine user maintenance, extracting documents from envelopes, identifying exception transactions, cash handling, credit card payments and foreign items.
