You will maintain can decorators, perform plate/ink changes, and monitor print quality to ensure optimal output. Responsibilities include documenting issues, communicating with team and leadership, and keeping a clean, safe workspace while following OSHA and relevant standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required as the minimum qualification.
• Experience with lithographic decorating is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
• Safely operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize production output.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document material issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with production personnel and leadership.
• Work with production personnel to contain suspect or rejected products.
• Perform random quality inspections throughout production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
