Qualifications

• Proven team player with the ability to work independently as a problem solver
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and stack up to 45 lbs
• Experience with automation and robotics is a plus
• Strong reading comprehension of packaging and labeling information
• Effective communication skills with diverse coworkers
• Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels

Responsibilities

• Prepare and feed product into packaging equipment
• Inspect product and packaging for quality and correctness
• Pack cases with finished goods cheese
• Stack cases on pallets when required
• Operate and monitor robotic case packers, erectors, sealers, and moving belts
• Follow safety warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes
• Maintain a clean, cool, and smoke‑free work environment
