Job summary

You will provide nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, following established plans of care and participating as a member of the multidisciplinary team.

The role requires current California Psychiatric Technician Licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least six months of inpatient experience.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS REQUIRED.
• California Psychiatric Technician Licensure REQUIRED.
• At least 6 months experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Knowledge of group dynamics and psychological functioning.
• Knowledge of growth and development and therapeutic communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to psychiatric patients under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Implement and evaluate the established plan of care; work with the multidisciplinary team.
