Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indiana is seeking a Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care to residents at Glenbrook Rehab. Full-time and part-time positions available with a $2/hour shift differential.

As an LPN, you will conduct assessments, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being. ASC values CARE: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence, guiding daily practice.

Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Glenbrook Rehab!

Full-time and part-time night shift, every other weekend required! $2/hour shift differential!
