Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our Kingston, NY store to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. This role involves baking, selling, training teammates, and ensuring safety and quality during each shift.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain a positive, energetic store atmosphere. Flexible part-time schedules and growth opportunities accompany a fun team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, patient, and detail-oriented.
• Able to lead by example and motivate others.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests in our bakeries.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift and coaching team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the crew.
• Collaborate with the Cookie Crew and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
• Handle cash and deposits following company procedures.
