Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our OKC store at 1131 N Walker Ave. You'll captain the bakery during your shift, lead by example, ensure great customer service, supervise baking, cash handling, and daily operations.

You’ll train and mentor team members, coordinate tasks, and promote a fun, safe environment. If you’re 18+, US-eligible, and enjoy a fast-paced, cookie-filled night shift, apply to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• POS systems experience
• Strong communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly and patient
• Detail oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and quality products during shift
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations and communicating pertinent information
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Provide a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits
