Overview

Responsibilities

• Run commercial cleaning jobs overnight across Northern Virginia
• Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment
• Direct and develop your apprentice on every job
• Maintain truck cleanliness and equipment standards
• Follow our quality control system (daily photo documentation)
• Complete routes within access windows before morning business hours
• Report to Director of Operations

Schedule

• Overnight hours — work performed during off-peak hours
• Active season: March – November
• 30–40 hours/week

Requirements (Must Have)

• Comfortable working overnight shifts independently
• Proven ability to lead and direct others in the field
• Comfortable driving box trucks
• Not afraid of heights (multi-story buildings and lift work)
• Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Able to obtain DOT medical card
• Pass background check

Preferred

• Pressure washing/soft washing experience is a plus
• Prior crew lead or field supervisor experience
