Job summary

HelloFresh in Colorado is seeking a Part Time Lead Sorter to help receive freight, breakdown pallets, scan items, and sort boxes by driver routes. You will assist in loading vehicles and direct facility traffic under the Delivery Station Supervisor, delivering all sort activities safely within the shift.

The role requires teamwork, safety focus, and the ability to meet daily goals while operating scanning devices and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using computers and scanning devices.
• Team and safety focus are essential.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Able to operate pallet jacks and basic devices.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive and sort all volume for the shift with a team.
• Direct incoming volume to the correct destination on time.
• Communicate delays or issues to the Sort Supervisor.
• Attend pre-sort meetings and work toward daily goals.
• Contribute to safety, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Use internal systems to conduct operations and assist in warehouses as needed.
• Enforce safety, GMP, and SQF policies.
• Meet productivity targets and maintain good attendance.
