Job summary

Kitchen Guard is seeking a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician for the El Paso region. You will lead a nightly route and ensure the service is completed to our standards.

Responsibilities include power washing kitchen exhaust systems, setting up and breaking down sites, and working independently with minimal supervision. A safety-focused mindset and the ability to handle physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
• Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs. for up to 100 ft.
• Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Be the lead on a nightly route to ensure our service is completed properly.
• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
