Job summary

Liberty Hospital seeks a Lead Housekeeper for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) to lead EVS staff and support the EVS Manager in daily operations. The role emphasizes adherence to department standards, effective communication, and staff training.

The Lead Housekeeper will supervise, train, and coordinate housekeeping tasks, ensuring high quality cleaning, safety, and compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional, clinical and/or technical duties in the EVS/Housekeeping department.
• Assist Supervisors and Manager with day-to-day EVS operations and training of staff.
• Ensure timely response to communications and complete daily assigned tasks.
• Train and coach current and new staff to meet department standards.
• Maintain supply rooms, chemical rooms and equipment storage areas.
