Responsibilities

• Set up and operate ESI and Lumonics machines to drill boards.
• Check traveler for due date, material type, and priority before starting processes.
• Inspect products using microscope and micrometer.
• Log job status in ProCim and complete NCMR for rejected products.
• Assist department in achieving zero scrap per month.
• Perform daily maintenance and housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Inform Managers of potential problems.
• Stand/walk 8+ hours per day.
• Follow procedures to maintain product quality.
