Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Phoenix, AZ to manufacture radiopharmaceuticals and support patient treatment areas. The role includes mastering synthesis setup, hot cell manipulations, and QC testing across a regulated environment.

You will work in ISO 7/5 cleanrooms, perform environmental monitoring, coordinate production runs, and maintain records. Overnight shifts and occasional travel may be required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
• 0-1 years of experience preferred; lab experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight shift in a facility that operates at night.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a controlled environment and/or regulated industry is desired.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills; able to follow detailed processing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures radioactive isotopes including synthesis setup and hot cell manipulations.
• Performs quality control testing of each batch using listed instruments.
• Works in ISO 7 cleanroom to prepare product and customer vials.
• Performs environmental and personnel monitoring in ISO 5/7/8 environments.
• Coordinates daily production run schedule based on customer and pharmacy needs.
• Maintains daily production records, reports, and SAP inventory.
