Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Nampa, Idaho, seeks a part-time Labor & Delivery nurse for the Birkeland Maternity Center, nights 7pm-7am. The role includes Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care and offers sign-on incentives and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Candidates must hold an Idaho RN license and meet BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, STABLE, and NCC-EFM requirements, with Oregon licensure documentation within 90 days of hire. This is a part-time position in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in Idaho before hire.
• Must provide licensure or proof of application in Oregon within 90 days.
• American Heart Association BLS/HCP certification.
• ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months of hire date.
• PALS, STABLE and NCC-EFM certifications required or obtained within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care as part of the Birkeland Maternity Center team.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure high-quality obstetric care.
• Maintain patient safety and evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Work two shifts per week, 7pm–7am, as part of a part-time schedule.
