Job summary

Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa is seeking an Environmental Services Worker for the Labor and Delivery area to join our housekeeping team. You will clean patient rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces following infection control guidelines and safety procedures.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and offers night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am with flexible weekends. The position emphasizes customer-service orientation and the use of cleaning equipment, waste handling, and restocking

Qualifications

Ability to read, write and understand oral instructions and safety signage.
Customer-service driven with the ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Performs cleaning and sanitizing activities in designated areas including patient rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
Maintains flooring care including cleaning, buffing, sealing and floor finish on hard surfaces.
Operates power equipment and hand tools such as buffers, auto brooms, mops, and squeegees for cleaning and general maintenance.
Provides waste collection and removal including biomedical waste, recycling, and trash chutes/receptacles.
Restocks cleaning supplies and related items; supports bed tracking as needed.
