Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in nursing required.
• 1 year L&D RN experience in inpatient setting preferred.
• CA RN license required.
• BLS/ACLS/NRP/AWHONN certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care to obstetric patients.
• Monitor fetal status and respond to nonreassuring patterns.
• Manage labor progression, administer medications, and titrate as ordered.
• Perform NSTs, cervical exams, and assist with delivery procedures.
