The role features a Nights shift with a 3, 12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:00) and a start date of 10/12/2026. VA or compact licensure is required, with opportunities for additional benefits and housing support as part of Aya’s program.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience preferred.
• Active nursing license in VA or compact license preferred.
• Prior cardiopulmonary or acute care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care.
• Monitor mother and fetal status and document findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
