HiredFirst is hiring an RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D) on a 13-week contract in California 95240. Night shifts (12-hour), 36-48 hours per week, weekend rotation included.

No call required; occasional floating as needed. Responsibilities include delivering coordinated L&D and postpartum care, assessing and planning patient care, rotating through the LDRP unit, supporting deliveries and neonatal stabilization when needed, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team while educating patients and

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated L&D and postpartum nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Rotate through LDRP unit (mothers & newborns).
• Support deliveries; assist with neonatal stabilization when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients/families.
• Delegate tasks and supervise support staff.
