Ideal candidates will bring 1 year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong math/analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Excel to create and interpret production reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to learn and excel in a production environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Able to read and interpret production reports and process documents.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Follow and enforce detailed process steps and parameters with modern manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate the Jet Mill and related production equipment.
• Follow safety, quality, and efficiency guidelines during training.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership and participate in on-the-job training.
• Monitor machine performance, yields, and quality metrics.
• Assist with routine inspections to verify equipment and process compliance.
• Collect and report production data for senior team review.
• Suggest process and equipment improvements to boost safety and productivity.
