Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in janitorial or custodial work with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for night-shift supervision.
• Comfortable with extended walking in a large facility and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a janitorial team of up to 10 staff on the night shift.
• Enforce cleaning schedules, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
• Manage attendance and shift coverage to ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of a 2.2 million sq ft Walmart facility.
• Monitor high-traffic areas, restrooms, break rooms, and other spaces.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify cleaning standards.
