Advanced Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a dependable Janitor to maintain cleanliness in commercial and medical settings at 14300 Orchard Parkway, Westminster, CO. The role covers routine cleaning, waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and supporting event setup.

The candidate should have janitorial experience, knowledge of cleaning techniques, infection control, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Evening shifts are available and safety procedures must be followed.

Formación

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Understanding of infection control practices and the importance of maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of common areas, waiting rooms, hallways and restrooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, handrails, light switches, elevator buttons).
• Empty and dispose of trash and medical waste according to guidelines.
• Refill dispensers for soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces.
